8 oz. Jovial Cassava Fusilli Pasta
8 oz. cremini mushrooms, sliced in half 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Pink Himalayan salt
1 tsp. thyme
2 cups spinach
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil



1.Cook pasta according to directions. Set aside.
2.Heat pan and add olive oil and aminos on medium heat.
3.Add mushrooms and stir to coat, then cook for 5 minutes without stirring to caramelize.
4.Stir and add in thyme, garlic, and spinach. Heat for 3 minutes.
5.Toss with pasta.


Serve as a side or add 1/2 pound of cooked shrimp in step 4 for a main course.
