Recipe from The Autoimmune Protocol Reintroduction Cookbook by Kate Jay, Healing Family Eats



1 1/2 cups frozen cherries
1/2 cup cold brew
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup cold chicken bone broth
1/8 tsp ground cardamon or seeds of 2 green cardamon crushed (Stage 1)
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch Himalayan pink salt
2 Tbsp grassfed collagen (optional)
4 ice cubes



Put the cherries, cold brew, coconut milk, broth, cardamon, vanilla, salt, collagen (if using), and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed.


To make fully AIP Compliant:

Can substitute Sip Herbals for coffee.
Can substitute cinnamon for cardamon.
