Ingredients:

1/2 banana

1/4 avocado

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1 handful of greens (kale or spinach work great!)

1 scoop collagen powder

Coconut water

6+ ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients for one to two minutes. Add a little water if needed for easier blending.

Makes one large smoothie.

It’s fun to play around with smoothie ingredients!

Other ingredient suggestions: green apple, cucumber (peeled), lime juice, lemon juice,

fresh ginger, mint, turmeric, coconut oil–so many possiblities!
