1 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp. Motha’ Butta coconut butter
. cup carob powder
pinch of sea salt
1 tsp peppermint extract
1 tsp raw honey
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor, until mixture is creamy.
- Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
