1 small onion, diced
1 large carrot, chopped
1 large zucchini, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tps + 1 tsp sea salt
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp Primal Palate Poultry Seasoning
3/4 cup KC Natural Garden Cherry Salsa OR 1 can pureed pumpkin
5 cups bone broth
1 cup Jovial Elbow Noodles


1.Heat olive oil in a large pot.
2.Add onion, carrot, zucchini, garlic, and 1 tsp. sea salt. Cook until vegetables are very soft, stirring occasionally (about 10 minutes).
3.Add ground beef, seasoning, and rest of salt. Cook beef until browned, about 5 minutes.
4.Add salsa OR pumpkin, and bone broth. Turn heat to high and bring to a boil.
5.Once boiling, add noodles. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 18 minutes, until noodles are soft. Makes about 6 servings.
